We are proud to offer the Nepperhan Design Center as warehouse, retail, office, gallery and event space in the historic Alexander Smith Carpet Mills buildings at 500 - 530 Nepperhan Avenue in Yonkers, NY. These buildings, right off the Saw Mill Parkway, the Cross County Parkway and the New York State Thruway, in southern Westchester County are easily accessible from the Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, northern New Jersey and southern Connecticut. For your convenience we offer on-site building management.
